This day has been a perfect saturday. Even though it is weekend, at 6 am I got up and 7 am I met up with Melissa and we went down to the harbour (unintentionally looking like hobos) to photograph the sunset. Even though 'the sunset' was a few strikes of pink on the cloudy sky, we still enjoyed life to 110% sitting alone on the bridge, eating our breakfast and photographing a little, while the rest of the world was still asleep. I feel so spoiled and blessed and all that when we can just sit and have breakfast at the seafront with this amazing view, and the clear morning air around us and knowing that we have survived half term and did well on the assessment week.

And after an amazing breakfast, we went to our new favourite saturday activity - boxercise. That's right, 9 am every saturday we nowadays go and do kickboxing (mixed with just regular exercise) and it is THE best thing ever. So much fun and great training, you can feel it in literally your whole body the day after. And I do feel really badass with my pink gloves punching those pads (and sometimes missing and punching Melissa instead... sorry about that).

And after a quick lunch and pre-halloween-party-shopping-tour in town center, it was time to head home and here I have been since then. Just editing photos and done some reading. Right now I am seated in the sofa with my host parents watching X-Factor (GO FLEUR!!) which I will continue with. I hope your day has been as great as mine. <3

So, the plan was to preferably update at least a few times each week. Or at least once, if I'm a bit busy.

Let's just say I've been very very busy. Busy with life. This new life here is kind of super awesome, but I'm living the problem of not having enough hours in a day, and too little weekends in the weeks. The time is simply not enough. There's enough homework for the whole population of Sweden and when I'm not studying I'm sleeping or trying to enjoy life for at least one hour a day. Given I have a good day and not a bible of homework in each subject.

Buuuut never mind. I'm just coming up with excuses. I still have times when I'm just laying on the sofa watching pewdiepie and drinking tea, so at the end of the day it's all about making time for what's important to you. I like my alone time with my youtubers though, and it's good to have a little do-nothing-but-still-have-a-mental-rest kind of time.


But since I'm partly blogging for my own sake and to use this space like a diary kind of, to remember what I'm spending my teenage years doing, here's what I've been up to lately in no specific order:

• Joined Design (art) club, Music club (not anymore though) and the School Magazine
• Had a photoshoot with cutiepie Margaux
• Went to see the play 'The Unexpected Guest' by Agatha Christie with the school
• Went on a residential trip to Liddington with the other IGCSE students
• Finished reading A Hundred Pieces Of Me (read it - it's amazing)
• Got my homework ripped in pieces by the physics teachers (long story, don't ask)
• Spent time with my mom and dad who came visiting
• Started boxing with Melissa (badass I know)
