J-MELO - Versailles x SuG

3:32 PM

This is a video clip from the music program J-MELO, a show that brings japanese music to the world. In this program, the two visual kei bands SuG and Versailles are on stage. Both Versailles and SuG are bands that I like a lot, and their performance here are both really great! Notice that Takeru, the singer in SuG, are playing the guitar. I haven't seen him doing that on stage before. But that's probably because I'm a bit slow, haha.

Are any of you a fan of SuG or Versailles? :)

  1. I like J-Melo very much, I watch it almost regularly :D. This was a perfect show and I'm the same, I haven't seen Takeru playing guitar before. I wonder, how long are you fan of them (SuG and Versailles too)? :)

    1. Oh, that's nice! I haven't heard of J-Melo before, but I shall check it out from now on. How long I've been a fan of Versailles and SuG? I actually very recently started to like SuG, but I've listen to Versailles for a while now (or at least longer than SuG, haha). But I haven't been very interested in Visual kei and those kind of bands for a very long time. I think this summer was when I started to open my eyes for the genre for real! :D

    2. I see. I can watch J-Melo on our satellite TV, maybe you can too, try to take a look :). I remember when I heard the GazettE - Pledge there. I was into j-pop but I started to like this song... and about half year later I fell into visual kei :D.

    3. Oh, I will :D That's nice, The GazettE are also really good. I like them a lot. The first time I heard of visual kei was when I went to my first anime convention. There was a band from Japan there, Plunklock. That concert was probably the best concert I ever been to. But I were more into k and j-pop back then. It took about half a year for me too before I started to like visual kei like I do today ^^
